Job Title: Network & Broadcast Change Coordinator

Responsibilities:
1. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.
2. Create and design tailored broadcast and communications systems to align with client specifications.
3. Develop comprehensive project documentation, including Gantt charts, schematics, wiring schedules, and material lists.
4. Oversee projects from installation through testing, commissioning, and final handover.
5. Conduct risk assessments, prepare method statements, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
6. Manage and coordinate external contractors as required.
7. Stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation.
8. Support onboarding and training for new team members, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement in the Projects department.
Skills/Must have:
1. Background in broadcast engineering
2. Comprehensive knowledge of A/V broadcast systems
3. Knowledge of IP networking technologies
4. Proficiency in CAD software is beneficial.
5. CCNA/P certification is a strong advantage.
