As part of Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust night service, there is an exciting new opportunity for Night Support Workers to become part of an expanding multi disciplinary service within BCHC NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will be expected to support the night nurses when responding to referrals to support patients in their own home.
The team are currently under a consultation to change the base to Priestly Wharf, Holt Street Aston.
The staff member will predominantly work closely with the nurses and under his/her direction may be requested to respond to referrals independently that have been risk assessed and deemed safe to lone work during the hours of 2130 – 08.00 hours.
We are looking for people who are innovative, forward thinking and flexible.
