Our client, an exciting start up within insurance, is seeking a warm, engaging, and proactive Customer Operations Assistant!
We are looking for super friendly Customer Operations Assistants, ideally with customer service or hospitality experience. Due to the immediate need and the pace at which our client is growing, this is initially a temporary opportunity with lots of possibility.
You will be confident, empathetic, adaptable with a can-do attitude – the team are ambitious yet humble, and just all lovely people! Our client is forward-thinking and redefining the industry! They’re modern, innovative, and thrive on collaboration.
In this role you will be working with customers managing the Live Chat, as such we are seeking excellent communicators.
