What you'll do You will be overseeing the complete end-to-end product life-cycle for a segment of the Cyber Security portfolio, including Managed Security Services (MSS) and Network Security. This involves product development, continuous improvement, life-cycle management, and decommissioning. Additionally, collaborating with the Security Product community to ensure market success and achieve product KPIs Key accountabilities Portfolio and Product Management Strong understand of the subject matter and able to articulate and advocate your product/portfolio across stakeholders Lead new product development projects and the implementation of their features and services. Drive the successful performance of products into the appropriate sales segments and market Ensure products deliver excellent internal and external customer experience Continuous management of existing products, including driving business efficiencies Contribute towards the overall cyber security product strategy with responsibility for shaping your individual product/portfolio strategy and roadmap Track and measure success of product, reporting into stakeholders at regular cadence Create robust business cases and share product proposition to support future development Alignment with overall VBUK strategy and the Product and Proposition overarching Product Strategy Key contributor and collaborator across the Security Product community, working effectively with GTM and Product Marketing Forge strong relationship with Sales, driving performance but also ensuring we gain valuable customer insight which we feed back into future product development and product backlog Creation and management of valuable Sales enablement Maintain good understand of the market utilizing available market info and working closely with Proposition collogues Stakeholder Management Maintain regular engagement with operational stakeholders to optimize product performance Product specific engagements with key partners and vendors, in conjunction with SCM and Partner teams Regular updates to management stakeholders on product performance Sales and Customer engagements to promote products, answer enquiries and gain feedback Marketing and Propositions interlock to ensure alignment to strategic direction Who you are Product Management experience with the proven ability to manage an entire product life-cycle from concept to launch for B2B/ Enterprise Commercially minded with the proven ability to build a business case and create a P&L Proactive, with a can do attitude, receptive to change Excellent communication skills at all levels Experience of engaging directly with customers, and customer facing teams Understanding of supplier management Understanding and proven ability to define complex sales and service delivery processes Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a complex matrix structure e.g Vodafone Group Good communication and influencing skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders Problem solving and decision-making skills Project management and planning Good business acumen and ability to translate complex technical solutions into enablement for Account Managers and Sales Specialists Knowledge of Cyber Security, understanding of the technology and best in breed partners Broad understanding of Telecommunications/Communication Service Provider marketing, capability, products, etc Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
