Project Development Manager Wanted!
Our client is seeking a Project Development Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Project Development Manager will be working on a hybrid basis in the London office, contributing to a range of pre-contract project development activities. The Project Development Manager must have proven experience and strong technical knowledge, preferably in the heat space.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Development Manager:
Work closely with ops team to ensure all proposals being put forward can be operated and maintained
Contribute to the development of funding applications
Contribute to the development of feasibility assessments for the decarbonisation of existing heat networks or areas with potential
Work closely with the estimating team to ensure projects are being priced to reflect the objectives of schemes
Liaise with clients to develop solutions that meet required objectives
Development of high level programmes and risk registers
Assessing tender information including design, programme requirements, performance requirements, proposed contracts and more
High level heap mapping and master planning of heat network schemesSkills Required for the Project Development Manager:
Familiarity with heat networks
Qualification(s) or related degree in engineering
Understanding of the steps in how energy infrastructure projects are developed and delivered
Ability to read and understand construction and technical drawings, layouts, and schematics
Understanding of Building Services and Utility Networks is desirable
