About the Registered Nurse opportunity:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. This is a hands-on role that requires initiative, teamwork, and a commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives. The position involves working a mix of day and night shifts on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse:
Providing clinical care and support to residents, promoting dignity and independence
Administering medication and treatments in line with best practices and regulatory guidelines
Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
Monitoring residents' health, responding effectively to any changes or emergencies
Supporting and mentoring care staff to maintain high standards of care
Contributing to the implementation of digital care management systems for improved service delivery

Requirements for the Registered Nurse include:
Qualified RGN, RMN, or RNLD with an active NMC PIN
Previous experience in a care setting (professional or personal)
A compassionate approach with excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
