Deputy Area Manager
We are Eden Futures, delivering exceptional support to individuals diagnosed with a learning or physical disability, acquired brain injury, autism, or mental illness. We are excited to announce a career progression opportunity for a Deputy Area Manager.
In this Deputy Area Manager role, you will work closely with the Area Manager to support the day-to-day running of our services, delivering contractual and organisational requirements. You will also provide support and guidance to Service Managers, contributing to the overall success of the area.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet statutory, contractual, and organizational standards.
* Maintaining professional and technical standards that meet the expectations of Commissioners.
* Effectively managing and leading the Service, promoting excellence and innovation.
Successful candidates will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check prior to commencing employment.

Main Responsibilities:
* Managing Service Delivery & Quality: Ensure daily service provision complies with the Eden philosophy, values, policies, and procedures, as well as local and national legislation, regulations, and research.
* Service Development: Seek out new opportunities for growth and development of the service while safeguarding the Company's values and culture.
* People Management & Leadership: Provide structured management and support to the local team to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered.
* Collaborative Working: Promote an environment of collaborative working with other departments and agencies, both across the Company and within the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team.
* Professional Development: Aspire to continually develop professionally, ensuring skills are updated and keeping abreast of new ideas and sector changes.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a Supported Living or Residential service is preferred.
* Must be registered with the CQC.
* Familiarity with CQC standards.
* Experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions is preferable.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding role.
* A strong leader who can lead by example.
