Norse Cleaning Division are looking to recruit a Cleaning Area Supervisor to cover various cleaning contracts across Norwich. This position requires you to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The role
As the Cleaning Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all designated sites in your area meet customer satisfaction and contractual obligations. Your responsibilities include:
1. Arranging the provision of cleaners to comply with relevant SLA/contract specifications and supporting external events as required.
2. Ensuring all site-based staff understand and achieve objectives set by our customer in partnership with building management, and are fully aware of quality, performance, and administrative requirements.
3. Training staff.
4. Carrying out regular site monitoring visits and completing Health & Safety Reviews.
Our Successful Candidate
You should demonstrate some commercial experience within a cleaning environment, along with experience in supervising or leading staff, though this does not need to be industry-specific.
Additionally, you will:
* Be able to confidently engage with clients and members of the public.
* Have good organisational skills, capable of managing your own and others' workload.
* Have a keen eye for detail and maintain high levels of customer service.
* Hold a Full UK driving licence - Manual.
