This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator looking to step up or an early-career HR Advisor to join a forward-thinking firm known for innovation in the legal sector. What is the role Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle Handle contract changes, flexible working requests, and parental leave administration Support managers with performance management and employee relations matters Partner with the HRBP on practice-specific people projects and I&D initiatives Manage HR processes for the paralegal population across the UK Assist with compensation reviews and performance management processes Deliver employment law guidance and HR policy advice Support resource planning and succession initiatives Contribute to people-related reporting and analytics Candidate profile / experience Required skills: Previous HR Coordinator experience in professional services, or early HR Advisor experience Strong understanding of UK employment legislation Excellent stakeholder management abilities Strong advisory and influencing skills Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities Professional and confident communicator Commercial awareness and strategic thinking CIPD qualification or working towards it (desirable) Ready to apply?
