We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales departments, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic plans that align with the company’s business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, deep market understanding, and a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams. This role reports directly into the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize the customer journey.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior leadership.
• Recruit, onboard, and train top sales talent.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
