Are you a great leader of Catering Teams with a genuine passion for exemplary service? We have a new opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Director to join our team, covering our sites predominantly throughout Scotland and North England.
This role sits within our Business & Industry division, catering for those within the workplace. Taking care of catering and dining services, we're one of the industry's largest and most innovative contract caterers. With menus available to pre-order and with in-app payment.
What you'll be doing...
Your key responsibilities as the Operations Director will consist of:
1. Accountable for creating a culture of excellent customer experience within their community
2. Accountable for ensuring legal and company compliance within strategic area of responsibility
3. Accountable for creating a platform for financial growth, exceeding financial targets
4. Accountable for building and proactively maintaining external relationships with senior clients to exceed client expectations, deliver a value-added service proposition which will build and sustain industry competitive advantage
5. Oversee Operations Management function within area of responsibility
6. Accountable for overseeing recruitment, support, training and development of operations team in order to deliver an efficient, high quality, financially beneficial value proposition to Company and senior client in line with Company processes
7. Support the sales team with site visits, sales presentations, and ensuring bids are operationally sound. Developing centre of excellences within sites to be used as reference points is essential
Due to this field-based role, you will be expected to travel to sites predominantly throughout Scotland and The North of England (company car provided).
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

8. Extensive experience in contract catering, within a multi-site, senior management role
9. Experience within the Business & Industry environment is desired
10. A proven track record of successfully building and maintaining client relationships
