The Role
The IT Training Digital Content Creator will:
4. Design and produce high-quality, online learning content
5. Develop guided eLearning modules with integrated testing
6. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members
7. Manage and maintain organised storage of online content
8. Keep learning materials current and identify opportunities for improvement
9. Promote IT Training across the firm to enhance engagement
The Candidate
The ideal IT Training Digital Content Creator will have:
10. Proven experience in designing and producing instructional design content
11. Knowledge of current trends in online learning production
12. Aptitude in using software like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or Captivate
13. Excellent IT skills and a good command of the English language
14. Experience in a legal environment or IT Training team is beneficial
15. Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
