Return to Practice Nursing Opportunities at Kingston Hospital
Please note: This is not a job vacancy. No overseas speculative applications are accepted.
Are you a nurse whose NMC registration has lapsed? Do you miss working as a nurse and caring for patients?
There has never been a better time to return to nursing. In partnership with Kingston University and City University, Kingston Hospital offers placement opportunities for previously registered Adult and Child branch nurses who wish to undertake a Return to Practice course and resume their careers as Band 5 nurses.
We currently offer a voluntary (unpaid) route. University fees are covered by Health Education England, and a bursary of £1000 is provided to assist with course-related expenses.
Candidates will be required to complete from 22.5 hours up to full-time hours per week and attend up to 10 study days at the university. Successful registration with the NMC will guarantee an interview for a Band 5 position.
To apply, please use the links below:
* Kingston University Return to Practice Nursing & Midwifery
* City University Return to Practice (Nursing) course
This training post includes a placement in a clinical area to facilitate the completion of the return to practice program and the renewal of your NMC registration.
