Systems Trainer 9 months FTC £35,000 National Field Based - Must drive as you will be covering the whole of the UK 37.5 hours which will include early mornings and late evenings. The Retail and Forecourt project is delivering a brand new till software solution in all of our forecourts and WHSmiths units by the end of 2025. At the same time, we are installing new tills, barcode scanners, handheld devices and forecourt pump hardware throughout our estate. Different levels of training will be required e.g. Duty Manager / Dept Manager / cashier. Pre installation training, on-site training, and post installation training and support will be required. Working closely with the Training Lead and the Business SME to deliver the best experience for our site teams. Assisting with the development of training materials if required by the Training Lead. Measuring and monitoring of training activities, to include completion of an internal training matrix. Liaising with the Training Lead and Business SME team to keep up to date with any changes to the training materials / procedures. As our Trainer, you will have experience of: Experience of delivering operational training Ideally you'll have knowledge of ePOS/Till systems and have delivered training on them Ability to communicate with colleagues of all levels Collaborative, working with colleagues across the business to gather ideas and feedback Excellent communication skills to help inform colleagues of the changes coming and support the transition Confident with technology Ready to help Moto on its mission to brighten people journeys through life?
