To provide full and comprehensive administrative support to School courses, including timetable development, student application, enrolment, attendance registers, evaluation, verification, file maintenance. Deal with queries from current students, produce reports, correspondence and a variety of document processing tasks. To liaise with guest speakers and facilitators when required; including negotiating availability, confirmation of commitments, reminders, collation of presentations and fee payments. Manage the electronic enrolment process for students to Moodle and support the assignment submission and marking phase through Turnitin. To verify relevant student qualifications and identity documentation. To identify and arrange the virtual or in person classroom and equipment needs for each course. Negotiate and resolve and conflicting priorities in liaison with other members of the School team including responding to changing uptake and capacity availability.
