Role Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in increasing student enrolment by identifying prospective students, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the application process. This position offers commission opportunities and the chance to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Engage with prospective students across various channels (calls, emails, events) to assess their educational goals.
● Present Kingsley Institute’s programs, highlighting unique benefits and outcomes.
● Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, follow-up, and enrolment conversions.
● Build strong, lasting relationships with students, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the enrolment process.
● Meet and exceed enrolment and conversion targets.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.
● Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
● Settled/Pre-settled Status in the UK or British Citizenship; the right to work in the UK without a visa.
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
● Proven experience in education consulting, sales or student admissions
● In-depth understanding of UK universities, courses, and admission criteria.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Skilled in using HubSpot or similar CRM systems to manage leads and track performance.
● Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a student-first approach.
Compensation
● Annual Base Salary: £23,000 - £24,000
● Commission: Uncapped, offering significant earning potential based on performance.
