This role is based onsite at a Hospital in Chelsea, where you’ll play a key part in maintaining and optimizing critical network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
* Administer and manage the hospital’s network infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Handle and prioritize network tickets, contributing to project work when required.
* Manage incident requests, process changes, and attend CAB meetings to ensure minimal downtime.
* Proactively monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues (e.g., wireless access problems), and escalate as needed.
* Represent the MSP onsite, acting as a trusted point of contact while liaising with the remote support team for additional backup.
Skills/Must have:
* Strong customer-facing skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving.
* Previous onsite experience, ideally in high-pressure environments (e.g., trading floors, airports, hospitals).
* Solid networking knowledge (CCNA+ level) with expertise in:
* BGP, OSPF
* Network Access Control (NAC)
* Authentication protocols (RADIUS)
* Experience handling incidents, making informed decisions, and ensuring continuous uptime.
* A reliable individual who thrives in environments where attention to detail and autonomy are essential.
