The role will require the successful candidate to oversee and manage a team of 11 electricians, plumbers, and decorators. Experience in managing hard FM services in heritage buildings is essential.
Our client is an FM specialist with a stable 50-year history of working at a variety of premises, from hotels in Mayfair to factories and warehouses. They can offer an indefinite length of salaried employment, with the hope that this contract will run for many years to come.
Interviews are available from the week commencing 3rd May, and the salary is competitive at £65k to £75k + package.
