People Solutions are looking for a Receptionist and Administrator to join our client based in Alfreton.

Day to Day Duties
Your duties and responsibilities include:
* Greeting visitors and helping them navigate through the office
* Supplying them with refreshments as they wait
* Maintain calendars for appointments and allocate mail
* Make copies of documents
* Clear verbal and written communication
* Professional and friendly phone etiquette
* Welcoming and professional demeanour
* Ability to handle inquiries and complaints efficiently
* Patience and empathy
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* Keeping records and schedules up to date
* Managing appointments and meetings
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Basic data entry and database management

* Reviewing emails and reports for errors
