Contracts Manager - Burton upon Trent - up to 60,000 + Package (depending on experience)
Are you an experienced Contracts Manager open to new opportunities in the East Midlands/Staffordshire area?
Do you have experience managing a range of projects such as refurbishment, fit outs, and alterations to the commercial, healthcare, and educational sectors?

Responsibilities & Duties:
* Planning of programme of works
* Organising of labour/sub-contract labour, and materials within a given budget
* Responsible for all health and safety on site
* Working closely with the internal management team to ensure they are kept up to date with project progress
* Maintain excellent client relationships
* Ensure training and development courses are attended
Must have:
* SMSTS
* First aid at work
* Relevant experience in a similar role
* Full UK driving licence
