We are dedicated to patient-centred care offering services through Denplan Essentials, Care, PFPI, and more. Our supportive environment and skilled team are central to our success. We are seeking a committed and personable Dentist to join our team. Due to our existing Associate relocating, this has opened up an opportunity to work 4 days per week across our two practices. This could be: • One dentist working 4 days per week across two practices • Two dentists working 2 days each per week in either practice What we offer: • Newly appointed surgeries with full air conditioning • Facilities include intra-oral scanners, CBT/OPG, Planmeca mill, rotary endo, Zoom whitening and oral surgery equipment • Dentally software • Dedicated support team, including a full-time Practice Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations • Experienced team of longstanding staff members who are committed to a warm and collaborative work environment • Full time hygienist across both practices • Existing well maintained patient list with plenty of new enquiries • Support of future personal development The Role • A dedicated dentist who can consistently undertake all the following responsibilities: • Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients, including regular cleanings, root canals and surgical extractions. Other areas of dentistry welcomed. • Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining good oral health. • Communicate with dental staff in our team regarding patient treatment plans. • Prescribe medications as necessary. • Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations. • Supervise the work of professional, technical and administrative staff. Ideal Candidate: • Newly qualified or experienced – ideally with some experience of working in private sector dental care • Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with patients and colleagues • Empathy and patient-centred approach to providing high quality care • Team-focused attitude, contributing positively to our collaborative work environment • A desire to establish a long-term position within our practice, building lasting relationships with our patients and team • Organised, friendly and professional, ensuring you always adhere to guidelines
