About the Role
Xtremepush is a leading CRM & Loyalty marketing technology platform, specifically tailored for iGaming companies. We enable operators to leverage real-time data, AI, and gamification to craft intelligent and highly personalised, omnichannel journeys. We are a strong player in the global gaming industry, with our technology serving more than 250 clients globally.
We are currently seeking a Senior Event Manager to drive the development and execution of our global event strategy. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in strengthening our brand, accelerating lead generation, and fostering strong industry relationships, with a particular focus on the iGaming sector.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of conferences, trade shows, partner events, and virtual forums. We’re looking for someone with exceptional project management, negotiation, and communication skills, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful events that align with and enhance sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning:
* Develop and refine the annual event calendar aligned with Xtremepush’s broader marketing and business objectives, with a particular focus on events in the iGaming sector.
* Conduct market research to identify relevant industry events and sponsorship opportunities that maximise brand exposure.
Event Execution & Logistics:
* Lead the end-to-end event lifecycle, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, booth design, on-site logistics, speaker/panel coordination, etc.
* Manage event budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI while maintaining the highest quality standards.
* Oversee logistics such as shipping, travel arrangements, registration, and on-site staff coordination to ensure seamless execution.
Content & Branding:
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling event messaging, branded collateral, and additional content that support company objectives.
* Ensure consistent brand representation across all event touch points, from pre-event promotions to on-site experiences and post-event follow-ups.
Partnerships & Relationships:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with event organisers, sponsors, partners, and vendors to secure premium opportunities and negotiate favourable terms.
* Identify and collaborate with industry influencers, keynote speakers, and panelists, particularly those with expertise or prominence in the iGaming sector.
Measurement & Reporting:
* Define and track event KPIs - lead quality and volume, brand awareness, attendee satisfaction and provide regular reports to the marketing and leadership teams.
* Leverage post-event analytics and feedback to refine strategies, improve processes, and optimise future event performance.
Your Experience and Qualifications
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale B2B events, conferences, trade shows, and virtual events, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
* Demonstrable success in planning and executing events within the iGaming or related entertainment/gaming sectors is a plus.
* Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and the ability to integrate events seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns.
* Understanding of CRM and Loyalty software markets is a plus.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
* Proven track record of managing and optimising event budgets effectively to drive ROI.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to set measurable goals, analyze results, and develop action plans to improve future performance.
* Willingness to travel to events as needed.
* Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and capable of adapting quickly to changes in strategy or market conditions.
Location
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland or London/Milton Keynes, UK.
