EDM Setter / Operator Welham Green Full time Competitive EDM Setter / Operator Permanent, 39 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 08:00-5:00 Early finish on Friday 08:00-1:00 Davall Gears is a long established UK manufacturer and supplier for the design and production of gearing systems and specialist gearboxes. We're looking to hire a EDM Setter / Operator Key Responsibilities: To program, set up, and operate Wire EDM machines To be able to work to fine tolerances To inspect parts produced to ensure high quality standards To perform routine machine maintenance as and when required Be able to interpret operations sheets, drawings, sketches and CAD to program and set up parts To enter programs and all necessary parameters into machine control To perform inspections of finished parts To clean and undertake preventative maintenance of machines Ideal Candidate: 5 years EDM experience, ideally on Agi Charmilles Good understanding of Lean Principles and problem solves any issues Team player Benefits: Competitive salary aligned with your experience.
