As a Change Consultancy, at Clarion Insight we help organisations, teams and individuals to successfully embrace complex business change, by putting people at the centre of everything we do.
We are seeking several talented and motivated mid-level Business Analysts to join our dynamic team working primarily with clients in the National Security and Defence domains, which is fast-paced and extremely rewarding.
About the role
You will be part of a project team that provides full lifecycle support to the design, development and delivery of change and transformation activities to our clients.
Key responsibilities:
* Work with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels of the client to define and manage requirements in a way that allows the client to understand and buy into any proposed solutions.
* Articulate those requirements through user stories and use cases, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the priorities and what needs to be built.
* Collaborate with the broader Clarion team and project members to ensure that all solutions are effectively delivered to our clients.
* Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
* Process Modelling: Create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other visual aids to represent business processes and system interactions.
* Solution Assessment: Evaluate proposed solutions to ensure they meet business needs and identify any gaps or issues.
* Testing and Validation: Assist in the development of test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate that the final product meets the specified requirements.
* Work across multiple projects to deliver Business Analysis expertise where required.
About you
We are looking for people who:
* Have experience in delivering Business Analysis within a consultancy environment, preferably within a defence or National Security environment.
* Have experience in analysis, testing, and prioritisation of different client requirements.
* Have experience in process modelling, solution assessment, testing, and validation.
* Are comfortable working as part of a team or independently.
* Are confident with client engagements at all levels and can develop effective stakeholder relationships.
* Can think creatively, constantly looking for new and innovative ways to engage different audiences and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A Business Analysis qualification would be advantageous.

Salary: Up to £70k, depending on experience

Location: These are hybrid roles; working from home and London or our office in Cheltenham.

Clearance
SC clearance is preferable and eDV clearance would be ideal.
