Job Description
Technical Customer Service Advisor, salary up to £30,000, Full Time Permanent based on the outskirts of Exeter.
A new role has opened up for an experienced Technical Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent Customer Service resolving customer queries and issues quickly and efficiently. A knowledge of heating appliances of all fuel types, their installation and servicing is highly advantageous for this role.
Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and issues efficiently.
2. Utilize knowledge of heating appliances and their servicing.
3. Communicate complex production information clearly and concisely.
4. Build and maintain good client relations.
5. Multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
As the next Technical Customer Service Advisor, you will greatly benefit from having one or more of the following training elements to carry out the work:
1. Gas Safe Certification
2. CCN1 - Domestic Core Gas Safety
3. HTR1 - Gas Fires & Wall Heaters
4. CONGLP1 - LPG Changeover
5. CPA1 – Combustion Analysis
6. HETAS Certification
7. Hetas H002 (Solid fuel regulations and Standards)
8. Hetas H003 (Dry Appliance Installer)
9. Hetas H004 (Wet Appliance installer)
10. Hetas H006 (Internal twin wall chimney system installer)
11. Part P Electrical Safety
