Office Experience Manager (Part-Time) Location : Edinburgh, New Town (Hybrid working available) User Vision, a leading UK-based user experience (UX) and service design consultancy, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Office Experience Manager to join our dynamic team. Founded in 2000, we specialise in helping organisations improve their digital and physical touchpoints by focusing on user needs. Working with clients across various sectors, our expertise delivers more intuitive, accessible and engaging experiences for our clients and their customers. Role Overview As the Office Experience Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our Edinburgh HQ operations, ensuring a smooth office environment while supporting our team and clients. This part-time role (initially 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday, but with room to grow) requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer care.
