Woodeaton Manor School is a Foundation Special School located four miles to the Northeast the city of Oxford. The school serves young people aged 7 to 18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH) and where many also have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Attendance Officer & Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officer (DDSL) is responsible for monitoring and improving pupil attendance, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting safeguarding procedures. This role involves working closely with students, families, and staff to promote excellent attendance and address any barriers to school engagement, while also supporting the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in maintaining a safe and secure environment for all pupils.
