What you'll do As Finance Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Business (B2B) mobile financial results reported under IFRS 15 (S15), as well as the delivery, consolidation and reporting of Business Acquisition and Retention results. You will ensure timely and accurate delivery of the month end timetable. You will analyse and assess the results from the automated IFRS 15 posting "engine(s)" with responsibility for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of the accounting postings and reporting outcomes. You will deliver the IFRS 15 delta result for Business (mobile and fixed), preparing and reviewing journal entries as required in addition to the automated system postings. You will oversee the delivery of the Device Margin and A&R and Device Leasing results. You will review and approve the balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring any issues identified for aged or unidentified items are actioned to an appropriate timescale as part of the review processes. You will ensure SOX compliance through a number of key controls. You will present the monthly financial results to key stakeholders across the business providing insight and analysis. You will manage a single direct report and two dotted, offshore team members, ensuring they are motivated and engaged towards departmental goals. Who you are Essential: You will be a qualified accountant with strong financial accounting experience (CIMA/ACA/ACCA). You will have a strong track record of delivering high levels of performance. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence at all levels. You will be comfortable operating at speed with multiple priorities, complex processes and short deadlines. You will possess and demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Desirable: You will have an understanding of the telecoms industry.
