We are currently looking to permanently maintain our senior team. The suitable candidate must have an established A&E career with progression through all levels & have 3 years proven managerial experience.

You will be expected to show during interview, their record of leading a team, good communication, high standards & an ability to work & lead within the multidisciplinary arena. We are looking for an applicant with motivation and a passion for driving standards forward to help support a dynamic and proactive department.

Qualification
* NMC registered
* Evidence of academic study at level 6
Experience
* Minimum 5 years post reg experience
* Minimum of 3 year experience at band 6 sister/charge nurse
* Evidence of Leadership Qualification
* Evidence of engagement with a departmental improvement process.
* Evidence of departmental teaching
