Job Description: This role of an Intern Junior HR Administration Specialist in Swedish Operations offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR administration and operations. You will work closely with our HR team to support various administrative tasks and projects, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR processes. This is an ideal position for a student or recent graduate looking to kickstart their career in People&Culture (formerly Human Resources (HR)). Key Responsibilities: · Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation. · Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. · Cooperate daily with team members, requesters in HR Administration matters. · Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team and help keep things running smoothly. · Collaborate with cross-functional HR and Digital&IT teams to ensure proper information flow. · Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee engagement. Qualifications: · Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · You have a positive attitude and a proactive, "can-do" approach to challenges. · Strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field. · Availability to work at least 30 hours per week. Full-time work and flexible schedule are possible. · Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP HR is a plus, but not required. · Excellent organizational and time management skills. · Strong English language and communication skills, both written and verbal. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (365) Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
