Job Summary
Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to support a small and motivated team with an independent family company.
You will be responsible for a number of key individual elements as well as providing our clients with the ultimate buying experience. Being part of the customer service team, you will be engaging with clients on the phone & email, to provide them with a high standard of service that is unrivalled in the industry.
1. Answering all incoming communications from clients, via phone, mobile and email
2. Dealing with clients, arrange booking and input onto booking system
3. Assisting our Supply Chain & Accounts team with queries where necessary
4. Liaising with clients and keeping them up to date on job status
5. Liaising with stakeholders and obtaining quotes daily
6. Assist in the training of new team members in areas of customer service and company policies.
7. Investigating and solving customer service complaints, where you can prevent the issue from being escalated
8. Going that extra mile for the customer - following through on all requests
9. Updating database
Requirements
1. Enthusiastic, trustworthy, reliable, and friendly person with a good sense of humor
2. Flexible, able to prioritize and work under pressure
3. Knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures
4. Ability to manage own workload effectively and efficiently.
5. Able to problem solve & use own initiative
6. Comfortable in working with a small team
7. A proactive customer service approach
8. Ability to make proactive calls to clients
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 (dependable on experience)
Working Hours: Full-Time / Permanent
Monday - Friday (Open to flexible hours)

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
