We are looking for an Assistant Regional Display Manager to join our team in the North West - Stoke & Manchester to help lead the display team and vision in this designated region As the Assistant Regional Display Manager, you will contribute to driving sales by supporting the implementation of the Company’s dynamic visual display policies, as guided by the Head of Display, across 100-120 stores within the region. Your responsibilities will include managing stock selection for your assigned product area and assisting in allocating new display schemes within budget, tailored to the requirements of the company and individual stores. What else is involved? Ensure the companies visual display policies are achieved and maintained, within deadlines, to standard required set out at head office and within window presentation packs at all times. To assist in the coordination and implementation of the display schedule ensuring that all deadlines are met in line with critical path, allowing schedule flexibility to cover NSO’s, refits, staff holiday, time-owing, sickness and head office commitments. Establish good team spirit and working relations, recognize team’s abilities by regular communication, store visits and 1:1 communication with the team. Assist in preparation planning and implementation of phase change window stock selection for designated product at head office in line with the critical path in readiness for sign off. Action competitive shops, present findings formally/informally as and when required. Take an active role in new scheme development and installation at head office feeding back regional specific issues and developing solutions. Assist in the collation of all the regions window display information to allow the precise ordering of equipment for new scheme for region, new stores and refitted stores in line with critical path through ensuring marketing and photographic databases are up to date at all times. Keep up to date records of the region's field display team. To maintain continuous communication with the regional display manager concerning regional, commercial, display team and high street competitor issues. Liaise, in conjunction with regional display manager, with key head office departments including shop fitting, visual merchandise managers and regional / area sales managers to ensure the region is fully prepared for new store openings and other retail activities as well as reacting to sales force requests and keeping them up to date on display activities. About you Proven experience in Visual Merchandising and/or Display role at a management level To have a genuine flare and interest in display and be industry aware in terms of fashion, display techniques and design as well as concepts. Have previous line management or mentorship experience. Be highly motivated, able to work and problem solve quickly and effectively. To be able to demonstrate exceptional display and stock selection skills. To be able to demonstrate good leadership, communication and administrative skills. Be able to travel and stay away for short periods and work additional hours when necessary in line with business needs. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to collaborate with a variety of people. Must have a full clean driving license as this role requires regional travel.
