Are you a qualified air conditioning engineer with experience of facilities?
Randstad are currently working with a client looking to take on a Mechanical Engineer who can cover mechanical engineering across a large site in Nottingham. This is a client facing role, so the ability to work as part of team and provide positive customer service is an important aspect.
Responsibilities:
Manage environment conditions through use of BMS System
Maintain Air handling units and Air Conditioning systems
Identify and manage risks through equipment on site
Implement and improve the pre-planned maintenance schedule to ensure efficiency
Coordinate requests from the client in line with SLA's to ensure reactive and planned maintenance is completed
Coordinate with the onsite supervisor and contract manager to ensure all building services are running smoothly
Adhere to service level agreements
Keep up to date records of maintenance work carried out Ideal Candidate
Minimum level 2 recognised qualification in AC or Mechanical Maintenance
FM experience would be advantageous
