General Practitioner - Enhanced Access - Monday to Friday 7.5hrs p/w

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our healthcare team working within Enhanced Access.
This advert is for a practitioner to work Monday - Friday 6.30pm - 8pm. Additionality can be offered by working in Enhanced Access on a Saturday, which is between 8am - 5pm.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a thorough understanding of public health principles, anatomy knowledge, and the ability to administer medication effectively.
Main duties of the job
Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose medical conditions.
* Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care, including referrals to specialists when necessary.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Educate patients and their families about health management, preventive care, and lifestyle choices.
* Stay informed about advancements in medical practices and public health initiatives.

Hinckley and Bosworth Medical Alliance is a GP Federation that supports 12 GP practices across the Hinckley and Bosworth locality, which form 3 Primary Care Networks. We employ in excess of 45 PCN staff across a number of clinical grades and continue to grow. As a rapidly growing Federation, we have structures in place to ensure that all staff have clinical mentors and are supported in their professional development.
Qualifications
* Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid registration to practice as a General Practitioner.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as well as proficiency in medication administration.
* Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing patient records and treatment plans.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with medical best practices.
Pay Rates
This position will attract a salary of up to £13,000 per session.
