The Job Youll be Doing; Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in managing leads, customer accounts, and sales processes. Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and tender submissions. Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses. Maintain and update the CRM system with sales data, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media activities. Assist in organising trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support. Generate and analyse sales reports for management review. About You; Previous experience in a sales or administrative support role (preferably within a technical or B2B industry). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Marketing experience/knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
