We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly driven individual with previous experience in estate agency or new home sales to play a pivotal role in our sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and engage with potential purchasers, providing exceptional customer service at our two developments: Alfold Gardens (Cranleigh, Surrey) and Grand Union Row (Norwood Green, West London).
* Answer incoming phone inquiries and proactively generate new leads.
* Book and conduct property viewings, following up with potential buyers to obtain feedback.
* Ensure the show house is always in pristine and presentable condition.
* Assist in developing and refining the sales strategy to maximise conversion rates.
* Manage and respond to new inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Handle walk-in enquiries, providing detailed information about the properties and development.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales progress.
* Work independently for a large portion of the day, demonstrating initiative and diligence.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in estate agency or new home sales is essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
* Professional, presentable, and customer-focused.
* IT proficient, with experience in Microsoft Office.
* A valid UK driving licence is desirable.
