Senior Recruiter Financial Services – London 5 days office-based (Permanent) Frazer Jones are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Recruiter to establish and lead an in-house talent acquisition and management function. This vital role will support a prestigious organisations continued growth and success by ensuring they attract and retain exceptional talent across all areas of the business. Working closely with the Managing Director and other senior stakeholders, you will take full ownership of sourcing, selecting, and securing top-tier candidates to meet evolving business needs. As our first in-house recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in defining and shaping the future of recruitment within the organisation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates across diverse business functions, including data, digital, design, and operations. Partner with the MD and senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and create strategies and development opportunities to retain top talent. Draft detailed job descriptions where necessary when taking on responsibility for new internal recruitment needs. Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through outreach, networking, and other innovative sourcing methods. Organise and lead recruitment events, both virtually and in-person, to enhance employer branding. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and culture to prospective candidates. Qualifications and Skills At least 3 years experience in direct candidate sourcing, ideally within agency. Previous experience recruiting into Financial Services. A proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Strong educational background.
