Description Develop and execute effective sales strategies within the retail channel Identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability within your accounts Hold full P&L responsibility for your channel Provide accurate sales forecasts and report to the business on sales performance Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities Participate in sales training and workshops to enhance professional skills Profile The successful candidate should have: Experience working with Boots at national level essential Proven sales experience in the personal care required Self-starter, hunter mentality, able to work in a fast-paced environment Exceptional negotiation and communication skills Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions A customer-centric approach to sales Proficiency in sales management software Be able to commute to Central London twice a week Job Offer Up to £65k depending on experience Bonus Above average pension contribution Above average holiday allowance Hybrid working with a work abroad allowance
