* Officers mess membership, DMRC provides rehabilitation for patients with complex injuries and conditions that cant be addressed in primary care or intermediate rehabilitation. The Force Generation Team includes Spines and Upper Quadrant, Lower Limb and Specialist Teams, providing Consultant led multidisciplinary rehabilitation for residential patients, whilst managing an outpatient caseload. Referrals are received from Defence Primary Healthcare clinicians, as well as for patients injured overseas and transferred on the Operational Patient Care Pathway.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expert clinical practice, research, teaching and leadership. All four components will be undertaken by the post-holder in addition to their weekly work schedule. This will require an elevated level of planning and organisation.
