Key Responsibilities: Match, batch, and code sales ledger invoices. Match, code, and batch purchase ledger invoices. Efficiently scan invoices into the system. Send out remittance advices to suppliers. Maintain and update the accounts email inbox regularly. Scan, photocopy, and file accounts-related paperwork diligently. Candidate Profile: No prior experience as an Accounts Administrator required, but a strong passion for numbers and accounts is essential. Interest in pursuing an accountancy qualification is highly desirable. Must be fully committed to working in an office-based environment. Available to start immediately without any notice period.
