They are looking for someone to join the team as an experienced In-house Construction Lawyer.
Description
We are looking for either experienced In-house Construction Lawyer or non-qualified Paralegals who have an interest in pursuing non-contentious construction work in-house.
The types of matters you can expect to assist on for the team:
* Reviewing and advise in relation to terms, NEC and JCT forms;
* Drafting and obtaining collateral warranties;
* Drafting, negotiating and completing bond documentation including highway and drainage agreements;
* Advising on general commercial contracts;
* Assisting with corporate governance.
Profile
Ideally you will have experience dealing with NEC based contracts and bespoke terms.
You must have a commercial awareness and decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Job Offer
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and package which will be discussed dependent on experience.
You'll also work on a hybrid basis, with office attendance in Preston required multiple times per week.
