Supply Teacher\n\nReading\n\nContract, Full-Time hours\n\nEducation and Training\n\nSalary: £130 - £160 Per day\n\nJob Duties:\n\nDeliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of their regular teachers\nAdhere to the school's curriculum and lesson plans\nManage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment\nProvide feedback to regular teachers on student progress\nParticipate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS)\nEnhanced DBS check\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to adapt to different teaching environments\n\nEducation:\n\nBachelor's degree in Education or relevant field\n\nExperience:\n\nPrevious experience working as a teacher or supply teacher\n\nKnowledge and Skills:\n\nStrong understanding of educational best practises\nEffective classroom management skills\nAbility to engage and motivate students\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nPostgraduate qualification in Education\nExperience teaching in a variety of school settings\n\nWorking Conditions:\n\nWork in school settings following school hours and term dates\nPotential travel to different schools within the region\nCollaborate with school staff and parents to support student learning\nAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
