Our international Corporate practice operates across the firm’s network of offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Our clients include asset managers, investment funds, national and multinational corporations and global financial institutions. We combine our transactional expertise with in-depth sector experience focusing on our chosen sectors: Asset Management & Investment Funds; Financial Institutions; TMT; Health Care and Life Sciences; and Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure.
Our UK Corporate team focuses on the following core areas:
* M&A, public and private
* Transactions for asset management and investment funds
* Private Equity
* Joint ventures and reorganisations
* Corporate governance and listed company advisory
* Equity capital markets

The role
We are keen to hear from experienced corporate lawyers to join our growing Private Markets team in London or Bristol. The successful candidate will advise on a range of transactions, including private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory for premium clients across our core sectors.
The role will provide the opportunity to work on challenging, complex, high-value and often high-profile transactions, frequently with an international element.
You will work with partners and associates in London, Bristol and internationally, as part of a collegiate and supportive international group.
Candidate specification
* You are a qualified lawyer with 4-7 years PQE, with a strong focus on Private M&A transactions, ideally gained within a leading international firm
* Experience of working with regulated clients would be welcome
* You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner
* You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
* You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team
* A desire to be part of a diverse and progressive team
