This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Family Law to take the next step in their career. The role offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time options available, requiring a minimum of three days per week.The firm handles a variety of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, separation, civil partnership dissolution, cohabitee disputes, financial resolutions, and prenuptial agreements. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive team that includes a Senior Lawyer, two Paralegals, and a Secretary/Assistant. While based in Maghull, the role covers all offices across Merseyside, with hybrid working available.The ideal candidate will be highly organised, capable of managing a busy caseload, and confident in working under pressure to meet client demands, financial targets, and time recording requirements. A strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, along with a compassionate and empathetic approach, is essential. In addition, the role requires an individual who can contribute to marketing and business development initiatives, including networking events, blogs, and outreach activities.
