Leading a team of EMEA specialists in recruitment and compliance, you will be involved in people and client management whilst growing and setting up best practice in an evolving business unit across both permanent and temporary labour solutions.
Your Role:
As the Client Services & Workforce Manager (CSM), you will:
* Manage delivery of RPO and MSP services, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
* Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and a Compliance Lead.
* Foster client relationships by working closely with key stakeholders and managing escalations.
* Ensure compliance & mitigate risks in regional and international hiring.
* Drive operational efficiencies through process improvements and technology.
* Provide insightful reporting to drive strategic decisions.
* Support client expansion and onboarding of new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and enhance delivery performance with a target of 95%+ fill rates.
* Develop and retain top talent within your team, aiming for a 90%+ retention rate.
* Ensure 100% compliance accuracy and pass all internal/external audits.
* Enhance client satisfaction with a target NPS/CSAT score implemetation and growth over 12 month period.
* Implement operational improvements and efficiency strategies.

* Proven experience in client services, workforce management, RPO/MSP delivery.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and process improvement experience.
* Ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships.
* Knowledge of hiring regulations and compliance frameworks.
