We are seeking an experienced Waste water Process Commissioning Engineer to join a team for an immediate start. This role is Outside IR35 and requires full-time availability on-sites across the Thames Valley region on the M4 Corridor, primarily in the regions in and around Oxford and Swindon on behalf of the end client, Thames Water.
Key Responsibilities:
·Leading and managing the commissioning activities for water and wastewater treatment plants.
·Developing detailed commissioning plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
·Carrying out site-based commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
·Optimizing system performance to meet design and regulatory requirements.
·Collaborating with designers, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical challenges.
·Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation.
·Delivering comprehensive handover documentation and training to end users.
Requirements:
·Strong experience in process commissioning, ideally within waste water or similar industries
·Ability to work effectively in a team and lead site-based activities
·Excellent communication skills for liaising with contractors and operations teams
·Comfortable with producing detailed reports and documentation
