Join Our Team at Bridge Fitness: Strength and Conditioning Coaches Wanted
Bridge Fitness is a boutique all-female strength training studio dedicated to empowering women through strength and conditioning. Our mission is to create a supportive, inclusive environment where women of all fitness levels can thrive, building not just strong bodies but lasting confidence. As we officially open our brand new studio in Brighton, we're on the lookout for exceptional coaches who want to be part of something meaningful from the ground up.
The Opportunity:
We’re hiring Strength & Conditioning Coaches - with full-time, part-time, and contract positions available. Whether you're a seasoned coach or an up-and-comer ready to grow into a leadership position, if you live and breathe fitness and want to help women become the strongest version of themselves, this is your chance to be a part of a community-driven, high-impact studio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tailor Strength Programs: Design evidence-based strength and conditioning programs that align with client goals, experience levels, and progress.
2. Coach with Purpose: Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions with confidence, focusing on proper technique, smart progression, and real strength gains. Know your clients, know their limits - and help them push past them.
3. Track Progress: Monitor individual results, adjust programs accordingly, and support clients through plateaus and wins.
4. Fitness & Movement Assessments: Confident in running movement screens and basic assessments to identify imbalances, guide programming decisions, and ensure clients are training safely and effectively from day one.
5. Lifestyle Coaching: Educate clients on healthy habits beyond the gym - nutrition, recovery, and sustainable routines.
6. Build Community: Create a welcoming, positive, and empowering space where women feel encouraged and supported.
7. Contribute to Programming: Help us evolve and enhance our training systems to keep our clients challenged and progressing.
8. Support Studio Operations: Get involved in day-to-day tasks, including onboarding, client check-ins, social media content, admin, and events.
9. Lead by Example: Be a role model of consistency, discipline, and authenticity in your own training and lifestyle.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent). Additional certifications in strength & conditioning, group training, or nutrition are highly regarded. Experience: 12+ months of coaching experience - but we’re open to passionate, confident, hungry candidates eager to grow and learn.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of strength training principles, injury prevention, and exercise science.
People Skills: You genuinely care about your clients, communicate with clarity and empathy, and know how to command a room full of big personalities, while still having a laugh and keeping things fun.
Passion for Women’s Fitness: You believe in the power of lifting heavy, fuelling right, and breaking fitness myths.
Certifications: Up-to-date First Aid and CPR.
