Residential Property Manager Role Overview This is an exciting new opportunity to work as a Residential Property Manager in Central/West London to manage a diverse and high-end portfolio of property across a well-known estate. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress, grow and develop within a well established company. You would be working on a client side portfolio. Company overview: Our client is an established asset owner with property interests in both London and other parts of Southern England. This role is working within their London team, which is a close-knit group of people that oversee the lettings and management of their estates commercial and residential portfolio. Due to the nature and size of the team, this role will be more diverse than most and will give the person the chance to be more involved in a range of aspects of delivering exceptional service to their tenants. Residential Property Manager - Duties: Management of day to day property maintenance issues in all let properties, ensuring that they are dealt with promptly and to a high standard Negotiating renewal terms with tenants Responding promptly to tenant queries and building strong relationships with tenants Carrying out regular property inspections Liaising with letting agents to value and remarket properties Ensuring all contracts required for the planned maintenance of the let properties are in place and that all servicing and maintenance is completed on time Booking works and raising works orders Uploading documents to QUBE (property management system) and electronic filing Utility management for change of occupier Monitoring approved contractors Supporting the residential and commercial teams with day to day property management matters and providing cover to all colleagues where necessary Arranging appointments with tenants and contractors and providing access to properties as required Residential Property Manager - Profile: ARLA qualification is advantageous Highly organised and reliable with good attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with people at all levels Flexible “can do” attitude and willingness to learn Excellent team worker Residential Property Manager – Package & Benefits: Salary guide: Circa £35,000 - £40,000 DOE Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30/9am to 5/5.30pm21 days bank holidays, group pension after 12 months CM5907
