Are you passionate about teaching and love helping people grow? Ready to step into a dynamic role that’s all about making a difference?
We’re the learning and development team for HCRG Care Group, delivering top-notch training to clients across the country. From life-saving skills to hands-on practical techniques, we’re all about empowering people to be their best.
We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Clinical Trainer to cover Wiltshire, Bristol, and Bath. You’ll be leading face-to-face courses in Patient Moving and Handling and Basic Life Support (BLS), plus running virtual classroom sessions on a variety of topics.
Deliver hands-on, face-to-face training that engages and inspires learners while also leading interactive virtual classes that bring learning to life online. You'll create a positive, fun, and supportive environment where participants feel empowered to grow their skills and confidence. This role involves traveling across Wiltshire, Bristol, and Bath for in-person sessions, with the flexibility to connect with learners virtually when needed.
No worries if you’re not a training guru yet—we’ll train you! But if you’ve got experience, especially in these areas, we’d love to see what you’ve got. This is a Band 6 role, but it’s also an excellent development opportunity for a Band 5 who’s ready to step up.
