Our client is seeking a driven Sales Manager to collaborate with the existing team and spearhead the growth of new sales revenue for their domestic and commercial collections across new and untapped regions in the UK Market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with existing and prospective clients to cultivate new leads, capitalize on opportunities, and achieve sales revenue targets.
* Directly engage with Social Landlords, offering consultative support to have their products specified as trusted solutions through performance design and consultancy, thereby mitigating landlord risks regarding product, building, and legislation for building and fire safety.
* Engage directly with contractors to supply doorsets for their projects and programs that align with relevant compliance requirements in building and fire safety legislation, providing them with a competitive edge and assisting their clients, the landlords.
* Act as an internal client representative, collaborating with internal business functions (e.g., estimating, marketing, operations) to ensure continual support for revenue stream and organic growth of the sales pipeline.
* Regularly report to the business, including the Executive Sales Leadership Team, on the performance and progress of regional H&T Sales Revenue Growth through data-led analysis and Key Performance Indicators.
Minimum Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in sales and business development.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems (specifically Salesforce) and consistent reporting of all sales activities in CRM.
* Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop sales pipelines that foster ongoing and organic growth.
* Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
* Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate with a wider team on execution according to a plan.
* Experience in building, retaining, growing, and reporting on sales pipelines.
* Proven ability to nurture relationships with clientele.
* Experience in identifying new opportunities and cultivating potential for new client spend from the ground up.
Key Communications:
* External stakeholders, primarily existing and prospective clientele.
* Internal stakeholders, primarily the sales department and the Executive Sales Leadership Team.
* Ability to establish solid working relationships with key external and internal partners and stakeholders to overcome challenges and create solutions.
